“Six years ago, my wife Denise and I discovered a new area of Netanya under construction called Ir Yamim. We made official Aliyah three years ago and we purchased our apartment while under early construction. And then began our journey with Tamar.
Tamar wears many hats, as we hired her as both our architect and our project manager. We were blessed, as we were two Americans who had no idea how or what to do in Israel, and dealing with a rather large project. We decided then to put our faith into Tamar’s hands.
Tamar spent countless hours studying our likes and dislikes and ran with our vision of our dream home here in Israel. She is an ultra-fast study of people. She took our vision and put it on steroids. Her ability to mix and balance old with new is a gift from above. Most importantly is her attention to detail. She managed our contractor and our subs so that we could sleep soundly at night.
You are welcome to visit our home as we are very proud of it, and you can see first-hand just how talented she really is.
We refer to our home as where Malibu meets Manhattan meets Netanya.
My wife Denise and I never tire of looking at people's faces when they enter our apartment for the first time. They comment that our home is a work of art.
